Prakash raj got married to actress Lalitha Kumari 

in (1994). The couple has two daughter Meghana and pooja. One son sidhu who died in (2004).

They got divorced in (2009).

Then, Prakash raj married Pony verma 

a choreographer on ( 24 aug 2010). He has one son pony , born in 2016.
