Suriya Sivakumar is an Tamil actor , Producer . He is Versatile actor he is been part of commercial films and critical hit movies. His first debut in movies is Nerukku Ner (1997) .

He did some super hit movies like :

1) Singam

2) Ghajini

3) Ayan

4) Kaakha


Awards:

He got three film fare awards and Three tamil nadu state film awards .

He also has a studio named 2D Entertainment.

In 2008 , actor started Agram Foundation , an NGO

that fund various philanthropic activities.


Early Life:


Suriya was son of sivakumar and his mother name is Lakshmi. He went to padma seshadri bala bhavan school and later went to st bede's hr sec school . he did his bachelor degree in Loyola College, chennai.

Suriya has two siblings karthik sivakumar is an actor and sister Brindha is married to an industrialist named sivakumar.

Before surya began career in film industry . He used to work in a garmet factory.

After his debut in Nerukku Ner produced by Mani Rathnam , He took his stage name Suriya.
